We use UPS and USPS as our primary standard service carrier (Up to 3 Lbs.). All orders delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping. Not available for international orders.
We do ship to international locations although restrictions may apply on certain products.
For all international order shipping cost, will depend upon weight and location and will be calculated during final checkout. We charge the actual price that is costs us to ship to you, with no markup on our end.
You may be required to pay custom's fees, duties or taxes. You may also have to pay brokerage or handling fees. These are in additional to the shipping charge and will be collected from you at the time of delivery. Novanutritions.com is not responsible for these fees and has no control over them.
You are responsible to make sure that the supplements you orders are allowed to be imported from the US. You may want to check with your custom's office before placing an order to review the regulations for your country. Orders which are not deliverable by UPS due to customs restrictions will be discarded and are not available for a refund.

All packages sent via UPS, USPS, Fedex can be tracked. Tracking number and carrier will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. It takes approximately 48 hours from the time your order is placed for the tracking information to be available with the carrier. You can also find order tracking and history information by going to My Account and reviewing your "Order History"

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send unopened, sealed products back to us within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details. Returns will be processed and credited to your account with 3-5 business days from the date we received your package. If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the items and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is complete. We will not be responsible for the products that been seized by your country Customs or damaged by the heat. Orders already shipped out cannot be canceled in mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
